How much time do you have?

Hey San Antonio,

Don’t have time to exercise, lose weight, and change your body? Just curious:

-How much tv do you watch in a night?

-How much time do you spend on the phone in a day?

-How often do you go out to eat? How long are you in the restaurant?

-How much time do you spend driving to and from work each day? If you started your day an hour earlier, would you save over an hour in traffic each day?

-What do you do all weekend?

-How many nights a week do you go out?

-Do you play video games?

-How many hours per week do you spend emailing? Social networking sites?

Bottom line: if you want to change your body, you can do it. It may take an overhaul of your life – you may have to go through each and everything you do and steal 10 minutes here or 20 minutes there by finding ways to do things more efficiently. It takes NO MORE THAN 4 HOURS PER WEEK. If you don’t have that time now, you can make it.

Live longer. Live better. Become more productive. Lose fat. Gain confidence. Gain energy. Be a role model.

So many people spend all of their time worrying about a diet pill or a short cut or some other bs workout program that’s advertised on tv. It takes work. It takes effort. It takes consistency.

Stop putting it off! If you want change, it is yours – take it!
