Hey San Antonio,
Today was day one of our fitness boot camps and I’m excited about how it went. You see, I’m trying to escape the normal gym style workouts with this program and focus on a huge variety, incorporating not only the tried and true exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench presses) but also mix in quite a bit of functional style exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells cross training and other methods to not only keep it fresh and challenging, but to also help trainees perform better in their day to day life, whether those days consist of hard labor jobs, playing with the kids or just doing things around the house.
I’m really pumped up about the types of progress each client will be making (and I KNOW they’ll make amazing progress). And for those that may doubt the intensity, feel free to ask one of the ladies about how it went this morning (contact me and I’ll provide the reference) – simply put, it kicked ass.
